The Remstalradweg starts in Aalen on the Ostalb and leads from there downstream of the Rems through the Remstal to Stuttgart, where the Rems at Remseck flows into the Neckar. My bike tour starts in the early, cold and still dark morning in Dornstetten, where I make my way to the station. With the Gäubahn it goes to Stuttgart to the main station, where it continues after a change with the Remstal Express to Aalen. There I start my cycle tour along the Rems at noon, the first destination is the Remsquelle. Then it goes down the river Rems through the cities of Schwäbisch Gmünd, Lorch, Schorndorf, Weinstadt and Waiblingen an der Rems. The last part of the Remstal, the lower Remstal in front of the Rems estuary between Waiblingen and Remseck, is particularly scenic because it is a nature reserve. The end of the videos is the Rems estuary at Remseck in the Neckar, from here the last few miles lead me back to the main station to Stuttgart, where I again go back to Dornstetten with the Gäubahn.
