I get it, Craig. I can be like that, too. It's a depressive episode. We get physical colds, and sometimes we get emotional colds. Simplify as much as you can and take care of yourself. It's ok not to feel awesome every day.

I think, it was a great decision to share as well this feeling with all of us. To be honest it's not easy, that feeling will get to all of us, sooner or later. But I think the best way to face it, is with someone right next to you (who in your case even loves you). It might not feel like it at times, but there is a lot of bad stuff going on in the world and it is ok to feel not good. But, as you say we don't quit. So, head up, and keep on moving. One step as the time. You can do it, you are as well "An absolute LEGEND".

I fully understand that feeling. Happy for days/weeks then just a day of real sad feelings and I used to tear up for no reason. Then I understood that this time of the year can affect it so much with SAD syndrome didn’t even know it was a thing until I was near my 30s. Fair play to you to show this side of your life. Not easy. If no one told you today you’re a Legend.

Sorry to hear that it's been rough, but it's quite cool to have these real, and, "hang-out" videos. But man, there are times, even when I watch these and think, "Man, Craig is awesome, wish I was a bit more like that." Then other thoughts come and I feel a little ashamed of myself, and it ends up being like, "Man, I'm sorry I even exist in the same hemisphere now. Craig is such a legend, and then, there's well, me." 😅

You mentioned that we watch these videos to "escape our reality and the last thing you want to do is show this"... I personally (and based on these comments so do a lot of others) love that we get all aspects of life. We watch because we are fans of Craig, Jas and HSTL and honestly I prefer the "real" videos because we live real lives so if we only saw the highlights like most people show, then it leaves people feeling like they are doing something wrong for not killing it 7 days a week.... Long winded way of saying, love the videos and keep doing the damn thing.

Those of us who have more life experience (read: are older), like Geoff, don't find this at all surprising. Real life has those "lost days," even when we keep going but the day is really, really hard. They can be terrible, and they do pass. Just because some creators make it look like all sunshine doesn't change the realities of life. One day at a time.
