INGREDIENTS FOR A CUTE FISHING OF 8 TO 10 PEOPLE:

• 1/2 vanilla pod (or a pinch of vanilla powder)
• 3 egg yolks
• 50 g caster sugar
• 30 g of cornstarch
• 15 g of flour
• 30 g + 120 g of very soft butter
• 200 g peaches in syrup
For the Italian meringue:
• 2 egg whites
• 120 g caster sugar
• 20 ml of water
