While including product placements as long as they are indicated as such is completely fine (which you did), this video really gave off the vibe that it was made just because of the product placement😅

We’ve recently started using Trello at work for Audit PBC samples, and it’s…helpful?

Okay but the "just be good enough especially for the early drafts" thing makes total sense and it just clicked for me somehow. It is SO obvious. I picked the right decision to watch this, thanks for the reminder. Context: I also work in strategic management consulting (small, local, mostly cater to state-owned companies) and those people (at least here) tend to really like huge revisions or make multiple minor revisions especially after work hours, which results in me and my team feeling awful bcs we probably spent too much on the details.

Hi, thank you for your video. How do you cope with negative emotions when you have lots of tasks to complete? Like are you able to set them aside so that it wouldn't affect you?

Hey Kristine … do you use Trello? These are great tools for small companies and projects but big consulting companies like the one you are working have their own project plan software… personally I prefer Asana but trello is good enough as well.. thanks Kristina keep going with the KZitem it is very interesting to learn more about change management… to be ready to change is the key for success for any project (business or personal life)
