Really appreciate that Michael! That hip tweak has happen to me many times . It’ll be fine . It’s just painful for a week or two . I’ll try and do some lighter squats tomorrow. I took a page out of your book on working up then working my way back down on the weights . Something different for me

Thanks, I am ok. The hernia is all healed up and aside from some minor knee issues from me picking up a pickle ball paddle and forgetting how old I am, things are going pretty well.

@@benknorr9893 definitely glad to hear the hernia is healed up ! I’m not sure of your age you may be older than me but I make that mistake on the regular. That’s why I’m always hurting myself lol .

Thank you Kurt I’m sorry I just saw this man just getting in for the night from jujutsu for my son . I did try some step ups yesterday and try to squat really light today squatting hurt like a bitch but I feel like I am rehabbing my hip
