Super job. I know you want more and expect more. BUT from the outside looking in,you're blowing some minds. Again hope the hip will fully heal up and you can get back to lifting some heavy weight LOL!! "kidding"...Have a good week.

Really appreciate that ! The squats are coming along little by little just hoping the hip heals. I was doing 435x4 on the squat not too long ago but I will get back there hopefully. Not the end of the world if I don’t . I forget sometimes not everyone is able to do what we do with the squats and deadlifts and the bench and working out in general . If I can keep the mindset that it’s a gift to be able to do this (because not everyone can ) then I tend to get a lot less frustrated . I’m not saying always keep that mindset tho lol .

I agree that RDLs don't seem to beat me up as much as deads do. I'm assuming because you're forced to go lighter, I guess?

How bad is your hip injury brotha? I hurt mine squaring and hip thrusts + good morning fixed it.

On a scale of 1-10 it’s probably a 2 . Not terrible. Just shuts me down on squats mostly . It’ll heal . Good tip on the good mornings . I’ll definitely try those . I hvnt done in a little while . Thank you

Great work session, Wilson! Everything looked good to me. I would like to see you do just a bench session without being fatigued from deadlifting and squatting because your BP set looked extremely strong! 🫡🇱🇷💯
