well..every single clip was impressive..BUT im gonna have to say the ease in which you performed the 525x4 is mind blowing .. Great work and hope the injury can take a back seat for a very long time.

Appreciate that ! Yeah I was happy to get that today I wasn’t really sure how things were going to go. The squat hurt the worst so I’m gonna hv be the most careful with that .

Thanks Phillip , been sorta falling apart lately but I do what I can . Squats are gonna take a minute . Surprisingly they hurt my injured area worse than the dead’s so baby steps on everything for a while.

A belt would help your QL. I know you like your beltless training but it really does help staying tight and bracing through the belt

Appreciate it . I keep saying I’m gonna do that and then never get around to it. I’m not against using a belt anymore. I’m starting to think it may help preserve me to be able to continue to lift as I get older.

I’ve had a QL injury that keeps wanting to pop up . That’s the muscle that from my understanding basically goes from the bottom of the ribs and connects at the pelvis so when it gets inflamed it hurts to even walk .
