great advice, I know you are in prep for serious senior athletics level but if you have time could you do a video to modify training schedules for younger athletes age 12 up to make sure they can develop properly and safely for their age and not be using adult programs , the start of the training. pathway is of huge interest to a lot of coaches and your experience would be invaluable 😊

Please make a the video which will have all the components for strength training and make the video on the sets of lunges Because I have started my training now I am from India and here is no tracks for training because they are very very very wet I have only concrete road . I got pain on the back of my right knee from sprinting. I did 6 60 meter sprints, then 3 15 meter starts. Then box jumps, depth jumps, standing long jumps into tuck jumps and weighted squat jumps. I warmed down after and streched. The pain only came a few hours later like 3 or 4 hours later. Is this normal? Could it just be a little strain or something what should i do heal it. I have a competition in 9 days.
