What do toxic "alpha male" dating coaches, myths about bisexuality, and the church all have in common?
They all think they are entitled to your body and your space, for one.
For another, they all seem to want to have a say in who you know yourself to be. But it doesn't have to be that way. Because YOU get to have autonomy, and because your personhood is up to only you.
Tiktok is full of people who are willing to give advice on how to manipulate women. The church is full of manipulation of...well...everyone. So how do we put all of this together in a way that helps us preserve our autonomy? That's what this week's Ask a Therapist video is for. #alphamale #Bisexuality #religioustrauma
