I use my traeger with pork ten hours 225.its comes out great. Bbq chef as well so we do same thing at restaurant

They are worth every penny. They can do it all. Great searing when combined with grill grates as well. They take no time to heat up and use very little pellets. It’s the bomb!

If you want fatty, try beef lips sometime...yes, it is a thing at a truly authentic Mexican taco joint. Huge flavor...all fat.

Great show except where you cross contaminated alot of stuff after you were touching raw bacon and beef. I cringed after you ate and passed out those poppers after touching raw meat without washing your hands and cutting board.
