Thanks for taking us along, Glad it's not smell-a-video though. :) You did a lot in a short period of time around the cabin. Great catch on the bushing or whatever was caught in the break drum. Whiskey Jacks have a territory of about a 1/4 mile square. I love the videos that show how hard it is to see in the flat light. I also forgot to mention that the wind sound is totally gone. Thanks again for posting.

What a great video! There are always a lot of things going on in the background that you don’t see when tending the trapline. Days are not just driving and the excitement of a catch. Norm, I know your video is from a year ago, but, when you replace the gas containers, look into purchasing Racing Fuel Jugs, they are a little pricey, but, very heavy duty and can handle a lot of abuse. I have them for many years and never had one crack in all temperatures! Thanks for listing older videos, I have missed some of them. I watch them all and look forward to the next one. Good luck trapping in 2024'.

Norm, Thanks for the video...At our camp here in Maine, we made a bear board with some fancy welding😆 for our vents...they aren't pretty but so far so good...we had a bear break-in last winter into our shed...it really made a mess but we changed out the door and made more bear boards...our neighbors camp is 5 miles away and his cabin got hit hard by a bear...he had MEF&G set up a live catch trap and the bruin was caught, finally...Cheers from Maine.

Hey Norm glad to see you back, I really missed your videos back in the summer I think this is my second year of watching you. I envy you the peace and quiet that you seem to have that there I just don't think I could be out that many weeks at a time by myself. When I was in Alaska on Kodiak I had a job watching a damn sight through the winter to keep people from coming in and messing with it I was there about 2 or 3 weeks at a time and it sure got lonely and the only way to communicate with ham radio back then at least that was a blast and could talk to somebody then. I guess you have all kind of equipment nowadays with the help of satellites do you get that up there. Thanks Norm for the great videos and stay warm and safe., PS in case of help what is your nearest neighbor thanks again Norm
