If you noticed in the previous video, I had to give the 941 a boost to start it after I turned it off every time. I initially thought it was a loose wire. So, I ended up cleaning and re-tightening every lead and connection. The alternator was charging, and the batteries both read 12V individually and 24V combined. My mistake in checking the batteries was I left them connected when checking them. Keeping them connected gave a false reading. After cleaning all the connections and still not solving the problem, I went back to the batteries. However, this time I isolated them by disconnecting the able that ran between the two. It was reading 12V, but the amperage reading was in the red zone. I then replaced the battery with another from one of the trucks and the machine fired right up! Lesson Reinforced--disconnect and isolate the batteries for a true reading.
