This video is about building a new market garden in Southeast Alaska, including harvesting bok choy from the garden and mini cucumbers, lettuce, and spinach from the greenhouse, and noting how much slower lettuce and spinach are growing in the cold summer weather outside compared to inside; using collinear and wire hoes to weed the garden beds and trying out the Hoss wheel hoe for the first time to weed the garden pathways; finding root maggot in some of the bok choy and hoping that it hasn't hit uncovered kale; planting out a second succession of bok choy, cilantro, dill, green onions, Salanova lettuce along with the first batch of Siberian kale.
