Completely on point. I started using these tricep exercises last year and my bench went up considerably. I can’t live without them.

For the past 10 months I've been using exclusively narrow grip bench press, just inside shoulder width. I've reached a weight goal, so now I'm going back to just outside of shoulder width.

That's great. You can keep using a narrow grip If you make progress with that variation, maybe on a 2 weeks basis and see if it helps your main bench move forward.

@@BradleyGibbs improve grip, avoid thumbless, flare less your elbows and use a bit more leg drive. Other than that you have a good form and great strength. Very promising.

@@umaxfitness I'm using that thumbless grip because it is more comfortable for my wrists. In December I fell twice and was unable to even bench an unloaded bar. Thank you though, I'll work on those changes and hopefully my wrist will be strong enough for a more secure grip soon. I recorded that video on 21/10/2023 I'm going to try 5 reps today

It is never dangerous to rerack you weight without a spotter. You don't clip the weights, and if you cannot rerack, dump them.

True but unfortunately you see people doing the opposite too.

@@umaxfitness The loss of strength to rerack for me takes something like 3 to 5 seconds, way more than enough time to realize, okay, right shoulder is still injured and it is going down, dump the weights right, then left, then rerack with 10 pounds less and bench again. The loss of strength is not instant, it is slowmo, enough time to think of how to get out.

Literally my staple tricep exercises. Heavy weighted dips and crushers put size on the arm
