VEGETABLE PAKORA | An Indian Snack
Ingredients you'll need:
For Pakora: Makes 14 pieces
1/2 medium sized onion
1 potato
1 or 2 carrots
50 - 60 grams of cabbage
green chilies according to your taste
kale and spinach
For me, all the above vegetables weighed around 400 grams.
10 - 12 grams of kosher salt.
1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger
1/2 tsp of lightly crushed carom seeds
1 tsp of lightly crushed cumin seeds
1 tbsp of crushed/pulsed coriander seeds
1 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of chaat masala
5 tbsp of chickpea flour or besan
1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of corn starch
3-4 tbsp of water
For Green Chutney:
Cilantro
Green Chilies
Ginger
Lemon Juice
Salt
Garam Masala
Dried Mango Powder or Aamchur
Salt
