Vegetables pie - a healthy choice!
INGREDIENTS
Flour 0 450 grams
Milk 300 milliliters
Eggs 4
Mixed seeds oil 200 milliliters
Instant yeast 15 grams
Potatoes 450 grams
Tomatoes 250 grams
Friggitelli peppers 200 grams
Spring onions 70 grams
Feta cheese 150 grams
Emmental 150 grams
Butter as needed
Salt to taste
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, remove the seeds from the friggitelli peppers then cut them into slices, cut the tomatoes into cubes and slice the spring onions, lastly cut the feta cheese into cubes and place aside.
In a large container, beat the eggs with a generous pinch of salt, add the mixed seeds oil and the milk and mix everything together, add the flour and instant yeast, finally add the prepared vegetables and the diced feta cheese.
Grease a 30-32 cm diameter baking pan and pour the prepared mixture into it, level the surface with a spatula and sprinkle with the grated emmental.
Transfer to a fan oven at 190 °C - 375 °F for 45 minutes.
If the surface tends to darken excessively, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
