The deadlift is an exercise I’m sure you are all familiar with, but as we get older sometimes we feel it is not safe anymore. This is likely due to issues regarding form that have never been addressed. When we are younger, not having perfect form often won’t stop us from completing an exercise - although it will still do damage. As we get older, good form is key not only for putting more weight on the bar, but keeping your back safe in the process!
