I am 78 years old and met him at JD’s in Scottsdale in the 60’s and got his autograph. My husband and I danced to his singing so many times. We even took my mom and sister to hear him. My mom was really impressed and my sister said he’s going to get famous. Sure enough it came true. Of all the greats out there he reigned supreme.

@@user-kv3zi8bo5o I'm very glad you wrote your comment, Elizabeth. I agree with every word. I depend on Waylon's music to get me thru some rough days. His voice can make me feel good even when I don't want to, when I listen to his upbeat music, but I love pretty much everything he did. Slow, fast, sad, happy, heartbreaking, thought provoking, biographical, nonsense, bluesy, and the whole show. His appeal was/is worldwide!! What a talent! Best regards right back to you... you kinda made my day (you and Waylon).
