still working towards my goal of losing 20 to 30 pounds. But I'm not worrying too much on the numbers on the scale, if they go down then that's OK with me. what I'm really focusing on is my strength and cardio right now, so far my strength has dipped below what I like while my weight has gone up 3 pounds (current weight is 273). meanwhile my clean and press has gone up 70 pounds from 155 to 225 for 5x5's. I fell off this week due to a small tweak in my lower back which I found to be a weakness in my glutes and hips, which I hammered back into full health with stretches and minor weighted stretches. going back into heavy deadlifts next week to see where my strength is at for conventional pulling. unfortunately I still find myself to be the fat ugly guy who's weak at everything weightlifting, so trying to focus mentally on a positive but it's a long and hard road.
