The marching glute bridge with weight on the hips is a phenomenal alternative to the banded glute march, which targets the stabilizing muscles of the hips. If you're into hiking with a moderate heavy pack, hunting, a firefighter that has to wear SBA and carry a tool, or you just want a nice back side, this exercise is extremely beneficial.
