Hello guys I'm gonna start my weightloss journey from 01 Jul 2024 to 29 Aug 2024.
Do's :
1) Drink min 2 litres of water
2) Workout for 45 min morning & evening
3) Sleep 7-9 hrs daily
4) Eat homely food also make sure to control. portion
Don'ts :
1) Sugar
2) Junk food
3) Carbonated drinks
