If a cop commits a crime while with another cop and nothing is done about it, they should both be held accountable. That's how it works for civilians right? Guilty by association? Blows my mind how civilians are expected to be more responsible than the organization policing them.
@dsabre4990
Dirty cops dragged him OUT of the apartment because to arrest him inside his home is illegal. To tase him without a crime inside his home is illegal. They are dirty and they KNOW what to do because they've done it before. Summers should also be fired because she participated in the cover-up.
@robertcrawford4721
All the officers who watched the nurse get arrested should have been fired as well. They all watched a crime and failed to act.
@johnnyz7752
$15,000 was not enough for all of those violations. Also, those officers should have lost their qualified immunity and held responsible for the settlement. Lastly, they both should be fired due to their ignorance of the law as law enforcement officers.
@jameswest9261
To me Termination has a different meaning than theirs. Officer Payne was fired from the Police Department, but went to work for the Sheriff's Department. Thin Blue Line Gang always takes care of fellow gang members.
@Beastt17
Concerning Detective Payne, the sad thing is that despite the settlement and the termination of the detective, what he did wasn't just a policy violation. It was boldly and blatantly unlawful. Yet, he only lost his job. Sadly, he was probably re-hired with a different agency within a few months and he never faced charges for his unlawful arrest. He essentially kidnapped the nurse, imprisoned her unlawfully, and received no criminal charges.
@Psych9589
The absolute worst part about the clip with the nurse is that the other officers that were there did not do anything to protect her from the egomaniac police officer after she literally provided proof of the signed agreement between the hospital and police department.
@haroldjohnson2041
the cop who arrested the Nurse should be jailed for 5x life sentences.
@RichardSMaloney
i am a security guard of 40 yrs and when i saw the entire episode of nurse wables arrest and the security guards standing with their thumbs up their butts i was shocked and outraged....they guards are there to protect the staff and patrons from all threats that includes cops on power trips....
@bobbyhempel1513
Both officers involved in the first case should be in prison for life without the possibility of parole in their pensions should have been awarded to their victim along with the settlement.
@kishintuchis7076
WHY WERENT ALL THE OTHER COPS WHO JUST STOOD AROUND WHILE PAYNE VIOLATED NURSE WUBBLES CIVIL RIGHTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM BE FIRED AND JAILED AS ACCOMPLISES IN SEVERAL CRIMES . IS PAYNE IN JAIL NOW ? IF NOT ,WHY NOT ? JUST BEING FIRED IS NOT ENOUGH . ANY OTHER PERSON WHO DID WHAT PAYNE DID WOULD HAVE BEEN JAILED INSTANTANTLY . IT WAS ALL ON VIDEO
@ChristopherAdams-tl3me
These cops are lunatics if they had killed him how the hell do you justify tasing an old man that is complying with the cops
@kyngdavid3648
I had a cop tell me straight up, that “Looking Suspicious” or Cops thinking im “Possibly Doing Something Suspicious” isn’t against the law!!
@kittoybig
How did their actions destroy their career? Please explain. They are still working, right?
@fire_sleuth9873
That officer at the hospital should face kidnapping charges…
@shelbysanders8466
One strange thing that they do not tell you about the Utah incident where the nurse was arrested. The guy in the coma was actually a reserve police officer out of Idaho. His police chief thanked the nurse for what she did for his officer.
@paulharvey1947
Neither of the 2 cops said they were with the police when banging on the old man's door. If they HAD Announced they were with the police, I'm betting he would Not have answered the holding anything. He have felt threatened by those living next door and was really to protect himself from the loud banging at his door.
@memyselfandi502
If the police hide behind the side of the door where you cannot be seen from the peep hole and don't announce that they are police officers they should not be surprised when somebody opens the door with a weapon
@ryannilsson7955
Victim: "Are you familiar with the Fourth Amendment?"
@michaelccopelandsr7120
Take a percentage of EACH settlement out of the corrupt police union's pension fund.
