That is the same sentiment that racist people use to Bunch everybody together.🤔 You can't see people as individuals and understand that individuals make bad decisions.🤔 Just like with anything else when you see someone that is bad and doing the wrong thing. You have to call them out and see that they are punished.🤔 It goes for cops just as well as it goes for civilians.🤔 I guess some of us believe in throwing away the baby with the Bathwater.🤔 Who cares about emotions? Luckily, coppers don't actually get to decide what happens to a person's visa, and they don't actually get to decide the guilt of a charge. As an Australian, I have a plethora of criticisms regarding our judicial system, but there is no court in any state that would agree that the mother was committing an offence like aiding or tampering. The fact that she couldn't understand what was happening, and her daughter was being bullied and was unable to accurately and calmly interpret what was being said, that language barrier would be a significant factor in the dismissal of any of those claims. In terms of the daughter's charges, the worst that can / might happen here is that she would be fined, and her provisional license would be suspended for 6 - 12 months.

As someone who was arrested as a white rich yuppie 17 year old kid for car hopping back in 2007 , before they were required to wear cameras let me tell you that they dont just do this to black people because i had like 3 cops drag me out from under a car while i was saying “ok, ok, ok” with my hands raised and they kicked the crap out of my face with boots and even split my eye open. They dont discriminate… its a power abuse thing and sadism like behavior not just primarily racism which does play a role sometimes aswell

What gets me IS, the other cops come on scene AND SEE this cop CONTINUALLY abusing the suspect and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is why when people say there are “good cops” on the force, I say that’s a lie BECAUSE you can’t be “good” and see wrong and turn a blind eye. Your silence is your agreement. Idc if the cop is my brother, uncle, father, nephew, cousin, or friend, if you say nothing, you’re JUST AS BAD because you’re not saying ANYTHING to stop the behaviors of your co-worker.

Don't be silly. No one studies the thousands of laws on the books, even in their own country, let alone another. In the US in particular, the laws can change from state to state. Having worked as an immigration officer for decades (now retired due to disability), I have dealt with people who came from all over the world. There is nothing more damaging for people who have to communicate with representatives of the government in a country that is completely new to them and not being able to make your own words understood by these State officials, especially when your whole future depends on the interviews these people have with the government representatives… such as an immigration officer. That is why every single conversation between (in what was my profession) an asylum seeker and an immigration officer is held with an interpreter in their preferred language who is physically present in the interview room! (And in some rare instances when the was, unexpectedly, need for an interpreter, there is always the interpreter telephone service available, for short talks that would need immediate attention but were neither long in time nor too intense in content.) The Australian cop was not ‘just’ rude and racist, he was also (very clearly!) speaking faster and faster, obviously on his ‘hunt’ to get these Afghan ladies into trouble! What a disgrace, what a pig he is!

I like your channel @AgentTwelve and am a new subscriber. I have noticed that you’re using pictures from totally unrelated events in your thumbnails and “ascribing” comments to these people in your thumbnails that don’t belong to them. Sometimes very inflammatory comments. One video thumbnail is about “evil killer parents” when they have been caught or something like that and the thumbnail picture is from body camera footage of a Florida “Karen” who was trespassed from a restaurant for refusing to leave after management asked her to. She was then combative with police. She was rude, entitled and obnoxious but not a killer. I don’t like having to defend someone like her, but it would be nice if you would edit that thumbnail to reflect one of the actual suspects. My second thought is that it would be nice to credit the source of the videos, like audit the audit does. Even if you just put it in the description of the video. I wish you much success with your channel, but I have concerns about the thumbnail issue. I’m not the only one who has noticed it.

An Officer stopped me for making an unsafe movement. He asked first my license and registration number and ran my tags. Then he said because I hadn't signed my registration. He wrote me a ticket but when came back to the car, he told me could take me to jail for an unsigned registration. He saw my brother's picture who is a NC State Trooper. He asked who was he. I said my brother. He then asked why didn't I tell him that my brother was a Trooper. I asked what difference did it make? He said that he, "looked out for the family" but the ticket was already in the system and he couldn't remove it but I could go to court and see what I could do. I went to court and the Magistrate asked why I was there. I gave him the ticket. He asked, "Did he write a ticket for an unsigned registration?" I told him yes and that he could take me to jail. The Magistrate angrily dismissed the case with prejudice. He stopped me because I drove a luxury vehicle and Black. He didn't charge me for the unsafe movement either. Go figure. Troopers and Police were actually hired before desegregation to arrest and murder Blacks.
