Understanding that this is a normal bodily function especially in anxious people and accepting it can help. I suffer from this but i lie in bed and try and just let it be or if it gets too bad i read or just get up. It was bad the other day, so much adrenaline but by 9.30 i had all my cleaning done, walked the dog and felt alot calmer so obviously id used up my excess adrenaline in a productive way. Exercise is the key but we dont always feel like it especially if we are feeling bad. To get through anxiety stop fighting it and accept it. Im getting therr but its a very slow process and when i get bad days, set backs, i am trying to accept those too.

I sometimes start shivering in the morning when I get up very quickly or when I am stressed. I tried to do some exercises while shivering and it actually worked. I don’t still know if anxiety is the cause and my mind sometimes tell me that there is something wrong. I also got my cortisol levels checked and it was fine. 😅

Same here but usually once the kids are off to school and less rhen a hr has passed it gose away i have a moring routine of stuff i do wveryday.kinda helps knowing what im doibg

It's been 7 months I have been waking up everyday with anxiety, checking my pulse , I don't know what to do I have been given the all clear by my doctors, I have had to hyperventilation stages , I had palpitations , I also have h.pylori infection which I'm currently taking medication for , I feel weak Noting that I have been a body builder for 8 years now "natural", I don't know what to do I smoke , when my palpitations went away I was scared that there is something wrong with my heart because I can't feel it anymore , .. I'm lost anxious

I used to be like you, I was given the advice for my doctor to never check my heart rate again. There's nothing you can diagnose from checking your pulse. There is literally no good that comes from checking your pulse. So you just have to stop doing it in every instance. Eventually, that happened will not be so strong in you. I wish you luck.

You know what .it's actually great you identify so many different triggers . Im recovering right now and started to love the feelings ad now I know my body is doing its job . Identifying it in right way is key. I had the response this morning but love the fact my body pumping ready for the day . Come on anxiety

Hi @zippyblessed839.Unfortunately I am no longer able to offer one on one counselling. Instead I just try to help people who are struggling with anxiety through my videos. However there are lots of good counsellors/therapists out there who like me have trained in CBT. Most countries/states have a register of therapists.
