Truly, legends in your lunchtime fellas. You’ve got this reluctant slob moving again. And after only 6 workouts, I am feeling SO MUCH stronger and today my usual daily pain was zero 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Joined up and I’ll never leave 👌🏼

Such an important subject. Before I joined Be Mobile, I had been diagnosed with sarcopenia. Regular strength, resistance and cardio training over the last 18 months have reversed symptoms, I have gained muscle and now enjoy a healthier and active lifestyle. Thank you for your incredible support and education fellas!! 🙂

I do have sarcopenia.It occurred very suddenly.My Physio picked it up as she was working on my back.My glutes Bum muscles have dissapeared,and now I notice my inner thigh muscles have gone to rack and ruin.I am 55kg,and have diabetes.I have a cross trainer and a rebounder,Will these be useful in rebuilding my legs and also my arms..?🌹

Thanks for the message Elaine. We recommend a strength training approach whereas a cross trainer and rebounder are more for aerobic exercise purposes.
