I’ve never understood the hatred wrestling fans have towards Jeff Jarrett. Over the years we’ve heard stories of wrestlers doing the most inhumane things in their lives and they’re celebrated anyway. But for some reason, Jarrett is high on the list of despised wrestlers.

Austin hated Jeff Jarrett for the crappy pay out Jeff's dad gave him when he first started. Plus the whole promo Jarrett cut on Austin in 97 about Austin 3:16 being offensive and Austin has to use profanity to get a reaction. I don't blame Austin. I wouldn't of wanted to work with Jarrett either. Austin was a mega star at that point in 99. Why would Austin lower himself to Jarrett's level? Especially when Jarrett wasn't going to beat Austin.

Final thought: That commentary re: scrap the PPV by Solomonster is slightly off now. I'd almost argue the amount of money in these recent TV deals (AEW, WWE, etc) would mean aside from PPV's like Summerslam/Wrestlemania that the TV show IS more important than the PPV. Just a thought.

The thing that surprise me the most about these. I knew the internet has been around longer than me, but back in the 1980s? Didn't know was THAT much before my time. Shoot, think mum and dad was even younger than I am now during that time. But another thing to say, Jason, you look more like Clark Kent than Rodney looks like Shawn Michaels. Maybe Shawn wore sweaters before he was in The Rockers, Idk, but yeah, I don't see it. And as far as Oliver goes, speaking as a woman here, if he came up to me, I'll most likely tell him ewww, and go away, so yeah, you may be right on if that was the closest he ever got to a woman. 😉 Anyways, thank you, Jason. Always enjoy these.

Not so far-fetched to be thinking about the IC title while falling asleep back in '92 because back then it was more than just a midcard joke, but he's totally wrong, because wasn't that infamous tournament Patterson first won it in held on SOUTH American soil to begin with?

"Keep staring at it, boy, ain't gonna make it any bigger." Boy Jeff Jarrett must have been on top of the world working daddy's territory. Reminds me of Bob Holly saying in his book he one time got a check for like $15 for two weeks of work, and Jeff was driving around in a brand new Cadillac. It's like the old saying goes, be careful of whose toes you step on today, because they may be attached to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow.

I’m not saying Jeff Jarrett sucks or anything like that I think Jeff Jarrett was a very good pro wrestler. He was a very good in ring worker but The only time he was ever booked as a main event guy was when Vince Russo was running WCW or him and his dad were running TNA. Other than that I think Jeff was kind of at home in the hunt for the United States title or the Intercontinental championship.

So just based off the title I’m going to predict that Austin and Debra might have had a connection back when Jarret was treating her like an animal Possibly this character trait stemmed over into real life? The other reason could be because Jarret was a weasel who flipped to companies using essentially coercion to get more money Now that might be good business but maybe that’s why Austin did not work with him. Anyway let me go watch why the reason is

I saw Morgus the Maniac at an independent show in Newville, PA several years ago. I would describe his appearance him as an older version of Brodie Lee: wild frizzy hair, long beard in light blue hospital scrubs. He came down in a straight jacket with 2 orderlies and while he was untied he would bang his head on the ring apron. Pretty entertaining in my opinion
