材料:
乾鷹嘴豆 1 杯 :200公克
洋蔥 1/2個: 切碎,約 110公克
蒜 3顆:切碎
巴西利碎 1/2杯
鹽 1/2小匙
胡椒 1小匙
茴香 1小匙
紅椒粉 1/8小匙
蘇打粉 1/16小匙
麵粉 1大匙
檸檬汁 2小匙
做法:
鷹嘴豆先泡水24小時至軟身,撈起洗淨,瀝乾水份。
把所有材料放入調理機打成細碎,包上保鮮膜,置入冰箱1-2小時。
取出鷹嘴豆泥,整形成球形或小餅型。
在鍋中加入適量的油,中火加熱。
把鷹嘴豆球炸至金黃,約五分鐘,撈起,瀝乾油份。
或用鍋子把小餅型的煎至兩面金黃。
可配優格或辣椒醬。與沙拉一起食用。
Falafel
Ingredients:
200g dried chickpea
1/2 onion ,minced, about 110g
3 cloves of garlic ,minced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1/16 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Soak the chickpea for at least 24 hours. Drain and set aside.
Add all the ingredients into the food processor, process until blended. Cover with food wrap and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Shape the chickpea mixture into a ball shape or patties.
Heat enough oil in a pot and fry the balls about 5 minutes, drain.
Heat some oil in a pan and pan fry the balls until golden brown.
Serve with yogurt or chili sauce and some mixed salad.
