Welcome to a gentle yin yoga practice that is perfect for total beginners. Yin yoga is incredible for improving flexibility and mobility, decreasing stress and anxiety and over all improving your wellbeing.
This practice doesn’t need any props. You can use blocks, pillows or blankets if you want some extra support.
A gentle reminder. The times to stay in poses are just suggestions. Feel free to take what you need from each pose and take child pose when you need a break. Always honour what feels best in your body and make sure that you are able to breathe easily and fully in each posture.
Grab your mat and let's do it.
