Ever wanted to feel confident upside down ? Join me on a journey to a safe and strong headstand in this video. I
n the first section of the practice we are going to do a yoga flow to warm up into our core, arms and shoulders. This way we learn to feel which parts of the body we need to use and how to use them in order to learn how to headstand correctly.
In the second section we will explore different options for coming up into headstand and we will touch on tripod.
Headstands are not only a proper workout, but they are also fun ! They lift the spirit and allow us to be playful and not take ourselves too seriously.
So lets go and have some fun!
