Thank you. Really beautiful flow & so clever how you made the transitions so smooth. For me, the yogic breath was way too fast so I'd prefer it if it was slowed down a bit. I felt more stressed by it so I skipped that part and did it in my own time

Thank you. I tried this today. I managed some but my body feels too stiff to do the kapotasan poses. Is it better to practise some other asan before this?

Hi Pradnya, yes kapotasana can be a bit challenging and required opening in the hips and back. You can try more hip opening moves like butterfly pose, pigeon, malasana along with back bends like bhujangasana, puppy dog pose to further your flexibility.

Are you going to upload a nice meditation video? What is it, time to do it, benefits, etc? And subsequent sessions targetting only the practical process, maybe 15min, 30min or 1hour.

Hey bharti. If I do your daily yoga routine of 30 mints is it enough. I have a small tommy hoping to see it flat with yoga

Haha Aisha that depends a lot on your body & metabolism :). If you are generally active through the day and are eating healthy, about 45mins - 1hour of yoga should be enough which includes asanas specially working in the core.
