Hi, I’m Nitesh Patel, a Physiotherapist (Specialized in Sports) from PhysioSthaan.I've built this channel in hopes of giving my audience an alternative option to deal with daily aches and minor injuries. Anything major, I'll always recommend that you consult with your local health professional.
What I've learned, is how much I can alter someone's injury status by simply guiding them through the right steps to recovery- using their home environment, trigger balls, bands, and foam rollers to target the relevant anatomy at fault.
Even more important, is the education I can provide to alter people's habits, posture, poor form, and tendencies that lead to their injured state. This channel- PhysioSthaan is a step in that direction.
This channel will provide you with physiotherapy education & treatments, common health-related problems, correct forms of exercises, sports injuries, and its management.
