Thank you for all your wonderful videos. Also what happened to cooking with your brother? 😁 also do you have printables for all your excercises: lower back and pelvic stability.

You're welcome, and thanks! Unfortunately, they were pretty time consuming and not as popular as we had hoped :-( We are working to get printouts for all my videos, but it will take a little while since I have over 700 videos!! We have them for about 20+ right now, and the printout link will be in the description below the videos.

When I straddle on the ball for pelvic tilts, I tend to feel it more in my thighs. Shouldn't I feel the workout more in my abs? Or am I doing it incorrectly?

I live in an apartment with carpeting in each room. Is it correct to assume using a Swiss ball on carpet is not safe since the ball would be more likely to slide? And using a non skid pad would be the safest way to use a Swiss ball?
@AskDoctorJo

Something like a yoga mat would probably be the safest if you have one, but once you get comfortable on it, using it on the carpet should be fine (depending on the type of carpet, it doesn't slide too much).

Hi Doc Joe. I had knee surgery a month ago. My knee is still stiff and it's hard to bend the leg. Do you have a workout video that can help me?

What kind of knee surgery? Did you go to physical therapy?

@@AskDoctorJo For a torn meniscus, and and she had to shave a little bit of bone off the knee cap. I also have a touch of arthritis in the same knee. I didn't need physical therapy, but when I needed to go back in to have my knee drained, it was brought up (optional).

Sounds to me like you needed it if you are still having a hard time. It’s still worth going now.

@@colino5056 Hi Colin o. Sorry for taking so long to reply. I misplaced my cellphone, just found it. Thanks for the info, I'll look him up. I had squats added to my physical therapy workout exercises four days ago. I can't wait till I'm able to do a squat without feeling any tightness or pain in my right leg.

Have you been doing stretches and exercises or gone to see a physical therapist for treatment. Unfortunately, I don't know what would be best since I can't evaluate you.

Glad you replied :) yes I have been doing my stretches lately , the last physiotherapist I visited said that I have developed a stiffness in my left hand . My complications are as follows 1) my hand feels heavy when I hold my hand supinated even for 10 seconds 2) I feel a acute pain in later epicondyl when I strain a bit 3) I also feel acute pain in my left upper back when I supinate and also when I supinate and stretch my palm downwards.( Like a inverted stop sign) 4) I also feel a acute pain in the portion of raidus bone which is close to the thumb. That's where the surgery was done. I have been dealing with this issue since 2 years. And I find it so frustrating, that I couldn't even play my sport. Please if you can help, I'm exhausted with all kind of MRI scans and physiotherapists since pre surgery and post surgery.
