This is a series of cardio exercise (aerobic dance exercise). This program helps to burn fat in the whole body and strengthen the abdominal muscles. In 1st and 2nd part, we will move the whole body and in 3rd part, we will train the abdominal muscles intensively. In all parts, we can burn fat in the whole body and get a flat belly effectively.
I have chosen simple steps and movements and I have put "beep sound" just before changing each movement so that you can dance exactly to the music.
