This is a series of cardio exercise (aerobic dance exercise). This program aims to burn fat all over the body, tone our abdmen and strengthen our entire body muscles. In the first song, we gradually move our shoulders and shoulder blades and warm up our whole body, in the second song we do exercises to strengthen our abdominal muscles, and in the third song we move our whole body effectively by adopting effective steps to train the gluteal muscles.
I chose simple steps and movements to dance to the music, and added "beep sounds" just before changing the movements.
If you do bodyweight workouts, try this aerobic exercise for 10 minutes post-workout. You can increase the fat burning effect!!
