actually, this is one of the best deep core workouts I"ve done so far. usually im having trouble with feeling those deep core muscles while doing an abs workout ( im usually feeling the upper abs ) but this time i could actually target those forgotten muscle parts :)

Oh this is great, pelvic floor muscle workouts are always important for the bladder and urinary health. Love this content, nice tips and nice demo.
