Welcome to my 10 Min Rebounder Workout! In this 10 Min Trampoline Workout Class, we will work up a quick sweat with this fun cardio workout. We have 5 circuits with 2 moves in each one and we will go through each circuit 2 times back to back. The timer will be on for 30 secs for each move, with no rest in between moves. This workout has a short warm up, so please take more time if needed. There is not stretch included in this video, but I have linked some stretch routines below. I hope you enjoy! :)

Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.
