Tried this today,I train kickboxing and krav maga but while stuck at home evey day im trying new workouts from different martial arts,karate,muay thai,mma. This has been my favourite so far.. Can feel my front kick improving already,thank you for the upload.

That's great! I am stoked that you are gaining from this. I'm taking a lot of the exercises we did during peak training for TaeKwondo tournaments and getting them online so folks can try them out as home workouts. Any practiced skill could be helpful in a fight. When you repeat something over and over, drilling it till it's second nature it becomes more easily done and more effective. Snap kick can be very devestating when landed to the jaw or solar plexus, liver, neck, etc
