My name is Shawn Hill, I am a martial arts and fitness enthusiast who loves to train for health and for fun. Along my journey in life I earned a 2nd Dan in the WTF style of Taekwondo and taught the system for over a decade. Now, I share my experience and love for training online so others can benefit from the skills that literally changed my life forever.
