Wow, wow, the legend of cardio, a challenge I did not expect. I tried as much as possible to keep up with you, but sometimes I would stop before you stopped. One of the new challenges that I apply is that I exercise in a place that is not very cold, but has a ventilation rate in order for the sweat to increase and my body to get rid of toxins, and I did it 💪🏻Thank you Kay

Eigentlich wollte ich heute nicht trainieren, da ich gerade aber so Lust habe u wusste dieses Workout wird mir sicher gut tun u ich kann etwas abschalten, trotzdem trainiert. 🎉😊 Sprünge mag ich immer noch nicht wird aber immer wieder versucht.

F*****g hell Kay Kay! Today I have used your workout as a finisher after my weight workout, but OMG I have instantly regretted it. When I looked at time and it was only 30% completed, I didn't think I would finish this alive. Well, surprise I have finished it, however I was slowing down towards the end to make sure to keep the form if I can't keep the speed no more. That was one good Sunday workout. Thank you 🙏❤🙌😊
