Join me for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. This workout is broken up into 4 circuits. Circuit 1: Squat press and swings (5x). Circuit 2: Deadlift row and Chest fly (4x) Circuit 3: Pushups and Lunge press. Circuit 4: Bridge and Wall Sit. (2x)
