So this salad of mine, which I often make, is very healthy and tasty.
It serves me as an independent meal and you can eat it at any time of the day.
Couscous is usually prepared 1:1.
Pour 150 g of couscous with 150 ml of boiling water and a pinch of salt.
This is the ratio for 2 people.
Ingredients:
- tomato
- cucumber
- corn
- canned beans
- olive oil
- lettuce
- boiled eggs
Add salt to taste and adjust the quantities of the listed ingredients to your needs.
