1️⃣ Lie on your back. Starting on the lower right side of your belly, apply gentle pressure as you move your hand up in circular motions toward your right rib cage.
2️⃣ Apply the same pressure while running your hand across the top of your belly from right to left.
3️⃣ When you reach your left side, continue down toward your left hip bone.
