This is a walk through of my 3D Printer enclosure. Used 2 $7 Ikea lack tables, some foam board and plywood, and bob's your uncle one hell of an enclosure.
you keep saying ground, shurely thats the negative? i used the Ikea STUVA for my enclosure, saved on plexiglas, hinges etc. as its basically a ready made box with one side open(front) comes in 3 sizes but the smallest one is just right for the Anet A8. 60x50x64

The STUVA sounds like a cheap and easy solution. Im getting one for sure!

peturs05 if you look in the damaged/spare parts stand you might be lucky and get a door too like i did for 1.90€. Then all you need is 2 x kitchen door hinges as the holes in the door were predrilled. The STUVA also has 2 holes drilled at the botton at each side for cables etc. and on thingiverse you can download an insert for a hole in the top to pass your filament.
