Ingredients
4 tbls oil
1 egg
1/4 sliced onion
Some diced spring onions
Dried chilli's
1 tsp oyster sauce
Handful of beansprouts
Shredded cabbage
Cook for 1 minute and then add
200 grams pre cooked noodles
1 tbls dark soy sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp 13 SPICE POWDER
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp shaoxing wine
Now add more dried red chill and spring onion and then serve
