Sauce
2 tbls Lee Kum Kee chilli bean sauce
2 tbls tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Pinch white pepper
Pinch salt
1/4 cup water
Veg
1 tbls diced garlic
1 tbls diced root ginger
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
1/2 sliced onion
1 chicken breast cubed
Pinch msg
Pinch sugar
Pinch salt
1 tbls Shaoxing wine
1 egg
1 cup potato starch
Combine everything and shallow fry in vegetable oil.Temp 150 degrees
Method
Add 2 tbls oil to the wok and gently fry the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant
Now add the rest of the veg.Cook for 2 minutes
Add the sauce
When is starts to thicken add add the chicken bites and fully coat in the sauce
and serve

In all my videos i use a high power burner so cooking temperature's may vary cooking on a normal hob.
