Ingredients:
Bangude/Mackerel Fish - 4 (Small to Medium size)
Dried red byadagi chilly 7-8
Tamarind - small lemon sized
Salt 3/4 tsp (as per taste)
Method:
1. In a pan add a few drops of oil and roast red chillies for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
This gives a rich red colour.
2. In a mixer add the roasted red chillies, tamarind and salt. Add around 100 ml water and make a fine paste.
3. Heat oil in the same pan and add the masala and boil for 2-3 minutes.
4. Now add the fish and close the lid cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
5. Open the lid and cook for 5 minutes on the other side.
6. Quick & easy bangude pulimunchi ready to serve.
