Today’s meditation will just focus on the stillness after a thought, after a breath.
The nature of the mind is movement. We see this reflected in life, in the way life appears. There’s constant movement in our thinking, in our day-to-day activities, in our bodies. There is movement through space and through time, now even movement in between dimensions.
Even if we sit in meditation for long hours, still, our breath moves, and afterward, we want to get up and move again.
Within that movement, all of creation is embodied and touched on. The center of consciousness is stillness because it is one with everything - it already embodies everything so it doesn’t need to move.
It isn’t pulled from here to there to see this and that.
The point of origin, the center point of consciousness, is stillness.
