Wheat flour - 230 g
Baking powder - 8 g
Salt - 1 g
Cinnamon - 2 g
Ginger - 2 g
Cloves - 1 g
Preparation
1. Combine a mixture of different raisins with milk, sugar, butter, which can be replaced with margarine.
2. Put the pan on fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
3. Cool the mixture completely.
4. Line the cake pan with paper with a non-stick layer, to do this, turn the pan over, attach a sheet of paper so that it protrudes equally from all sides. Press to the bottom of the form, fixing the paper at the corners, for this you can use a pencil. Make a cut along the narrow section of the paper until it creases at each corner. Lay the paper, folding the cut parts onto the short side of the form.
5. Combine the sifted flour with baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Mix.
6. Beat a large egg with a whisk until smooth.
7. Add raisins and eggs to the flour mixture. Stir until smooth.
8. Transfer the dough into a mold and flatten.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C on a medium level without convection 50-60
