I started this boot camp for the third time. It still kicks my ass. But today I did the Triceps workout for two rounds which is six total laps with 15lbs dumbbells. Thanks Zeus.

I joined the party late but just done day two... Love it! Thanks so much for this gift, really appreciated. After resisting home workouts for years I'm slowly becoming a convert. My nine year old does all of your three kids workouts too, he loves the noises you do. You seem like a top bloke and we are both happy we found you 💪💪💪

I decided last November that I needed a reset for my fitness journey. In December I did a Christmas Challenge and I decided during December that come January first, I was going to this Zeus fitness boot camp started yesterday , today was day two, ( in Australia) . Also I wanted to say a big thank you to Grant for all the videos y'all produce and share . I really appreciate the information you give during these workouts . Really good communication, enough information to keep us on form and focused without having to process too much information, which for me , is great because it takes me a bit longer to process information I am being given here though the information is in such small incremental pieces that's not a problem and never has been so I just wanted to say I really appreciate that . I had to modify spend the exercises too that's another thing I appreciate that you offered ideas of modifications that are there if we needed them . Thanks for keeping us motivated Grant and Zeus fitness. Happy New Year 🦾🤘👍🎉🥳🤜♥️

Day 2 Done!! Wall sits with bicep curls?? After Day 1 bicep torture??? My biceps were swearing at me (in the first round!!) as I was cursing under my breath!! Just told them to shut up and pushed through!! (And these workouts are going to get tougher?? 😟 What have I gotten myself into 😣 ) 18 more days to go!!!😳

After doing your workouts for a few weeks I've gathered the courage to start this boot camp. Your workouts burned Soo bad that you'll be hearing from my lawyer soon, all jokes aside I still greatly appreciate you and these intense workouts. I definitely need to find lower weights because all I have are my 25 lb'rs. Still, kickass workout especially with the heavy weights. Thanks again my viking looking friend, see ya mañana.

Cracking arm and back workout. Good pump on the arms off fairly small weight. I've learned from your other workouts to keep the weight light ish and reps up. Good sweat going and heart rate. 🤟

This is a true test and I am finishing the vids with modifications. I'm just not as fit. Wow, this guy is so fit! His pace is immense. I haven't seen anything like him since crossfit games. Or maybe it's just first time I've tried anything in that realm.

Mr Zeus, I fell off way off. Forgive me. I started Tuesday with your boot camp and my body was so soar I had to skip Wednesday. I am here today to push through though. Don't get me wrong I love the way I feel. This body needs a change by this summer July. P.S. You are truly easy on the eyes and I am not just referring to your body.

Finding it really hard (impossible) to do close grip pushups (triceps push ups).. I seem to get a lot of pressure in my shoulders in that position, and even doing them on my knees I have a great deal of difficulty with. Regular push ups are fine and other triceps exercises are doable, but when it comes to these close grip push ups I can barely move. Do you have any advice on building to a triceps push up.

It's not designed for pure muscle gain. But also nothing stopping you gaining a little muscle with the resistance work also involved. You can always look to increase the weight over the weeks. Worth giving a go 💪

It really depends on your schedule , time when you run etc. A run in the morning , bootcamp later in the evening could work or vice versa
