can you give me an advice to stop kipping in muscle ups and do them clean ?

@@roger3247 Get stronger on pull ups. Lower the repetitions on your muscleups and focus on technique. Practice explosive chest over bar pullups using the muscle up pulling path with minimizing the kipping. Give it some time and keep training.

@@xxhtaedxx2798 Right now 5x per week. Legs 2x per week and upper body 2x per week. 1 day of running. Both upper body trainings consist of pull and push
